Subject To - Attorney Help

Noah Bonaiuti
Posted

Hello, I'm a new real estate investor working on my first Subject To deal on a property in PG County, MD. The seller and their agent are open to using creative financing but I've been having issues finding an attorney that is willing to work on this. The one's that I have spoken with normally offer free consultations but won't honor it in this case and are demanding payment up front before they can even confirm whether or not they can do it. Does anyone have any recommendations or referrals? Thanks in advance!
