Flip financing
Is it possible to finance the purchase and rehab of a Flip with a mortgage?

That's a tough one. Short answer, is no.
If we take into consideration on how banks make money on mortgages, it's through interest and time, right. So it's doubtful that any bank or mortgage company would lend for that particular situation.
Now if it's owner occ, I do believe FHA still has thier 203k rehab loan, but again this is for perminant residency for rehab purchases.
