Trouble taking that step into the real estate world

My name is Joshua. I am fairly ne to the biggerpockets site, but been following bigger podcast for a while. I am finally ready to take the next step, which is putting what I've learned in action and purchasing my first property. As many podcasts and articles I have read and listen too, I am still afraid to take that next step and need guidance.
