Mortgage lenders for lower scores
Hello all, I'm curious does anyone know of any lenders (banks, mortgage companies etc) that will offer a loan to an individual with poor credit? She has great income and very little debt to income, but is around a 550 mid score so about 30 points off from qualifying from most lenders 580 requirement for FHA. She is a friend and former tenant and I told her I'd take a shot in the dark and ask around.
