Refinancing in Massachusetts help

I have a 4 family in Lowell, Massachusetts. I'm looking to refinance out of my FHA loan into a portfolio loan. Have any of you done this recently in or around Lowell, Ma area?

What were your rates and how much of your FHA loan did you have to have paid down before they could refinance it?

I will still be living in the property.

If there's info needed I haven't added please let me know, I'm still learning a lot.

Thank you!

Seth

Hey Seth. I think @Forrest L. has done some research on refinancing options in greater Lowell, and I know @Ryan Emrich was digging into refinance options for a property recently as well. Either, or both of them might be able to point you in the right direction. I would recommend contacting someone at Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union or Lowell 5 credit union since they're local and seeing if they can do anything. They might be able to do a high LTV refinance for an owner occupied 4 family.

Best,

Jon
