Loans not affecting DTI and below 20% down
Hi there,
I would like to purchase a Quadplex. However, I do not want a loan that will qualify me based off my DTI and ideally I would also like to put less than 20% down. What are my options?
I promise if I get a good answer to my dilemma, I will try to add value to you the best way I can as well.
Thanks! :)

Cashflow based loans are hot right now, but you aren't going to avoid 20%+ down without paying a STEEP price in terms of rate/fees/etc.
