I have a single wide manufactured home on land, currently as a rental property. Are there any loan products or lines of credit that would allow me to tap into the equity? I know it might be tricky with this asset class.

@Jason Shackleton I would like to tap into the equity and have funds available for cash purchases, rehab costs, emergency use, etc. I'd prefer to had the debt against the property, since it'll usually have better terms than a credit card.
