Hello everybody.

I have recently changed jobs and have over $250k in my 401k and looking at options of what to do.

I thinking about using the money to become a Hard Money lender.

Please let me know the pro’s & con’s of this strategy.

Any alternatives ideas?

What if someone used their SDIRA or solo401k for putting up hard money (1-3 month loan) in a large syndication in return for equity?
