Has anyone heard of or worked with NACA?

A friend told me about NACA mortgages today and they are offering incredibly low interest rates (in the 1's) and don't look at credit scores. They also advertise no fees, no money down, and no PMI. This sounds too good to be true, was wondering if anyone in BP has heard of them?
