Hello, so i have questions about home improvement loans and the pros and cons about them. I bought my first home that was a fixer upper that my family and i currently live. The more i do the more projects seem to pop up, would a home improvement loan be the best route to go to finish this home so i can rent this one out and move on to my next home or is their a better way to go?
