Construction funding for Gas Station/Plaza in CT

Phase 1 of our plan (construction of gas station) is underway, phase 2 involves the construction of the freestanding 4,050 sq ft. building that will house 3 total storefronts. I am going through current financing options and just looking to see if anyone from the BiggerPockets community has any feedback or advice of where best to find financing to complete the build-out.
