Introducing wealthy local investors to hard money lending.

I have solid clients in need of hard money loans. Solid, long term investors with great credit, but run into the issue of not being able to close foreclosure deals fast enough using banks. I have wealthy clients who may be interested in doing hard money loans. I'm looking for ideas on approaching my wealthy clients about doing some hard money lending. Is there a white paper somewhere for beginning hard money lenders? I'm a real estate broker, not a mortgage broker. I would simply put the parties together. Thanks for any input.
