Refinancing Property Owned by LLC
I am aware that I can move a property out of my LLC into my personal name, and refi, but are there competitive ways to refinance it without it leaving the LLC.
The Property is Triplex, Fully Occupied, and has rental history for the last year I have owned it. I get the entire game, except this. I am not an expert yet in funding/finance and saving/making the most money with these types of scenarios.

@Clint G. that is a great point. I am aware of of the DOS clause because of when I moved on of my properties into the LLC. But I did not consider at all moving them back out of the LLC. I guess it wasn't a thing because I assumed since the previous note was getting paid off, it wouldn't matter what they thought. The catch would be holding in my name for a period of time before the Refi took place.
