Building a Relationship With my Credit Union !

Hey Guys I been trying to keep a good relationship with my credit union by always doing business with them; with the hope to get a FHA Loan through them.

I deposit all my money I plan to do my real estate business with them, also I'm thinking about Refinance my car loan through them as well so they can see I been doing business with them for quite a while.

Does the help me in the long run guys with doing Real Estate business with them ?

Hi @Ondrej Brown yes this should help! The key thing those is to actually talk with the employees at your credit union. Even though these banks are smaller than Chase you still likely are just an account number until you shake hands and become friendly with the clerks, managers, lenders, and underwriters. Best of luck!
