New Member - Equity Partner Backing Out of Deal At Last Minute

Glen Williams
Posted

Hi All,

I'm a new member/Pro subscriber. Been under contract to acquire a great high density multifamily development site in an Opportunity Zone for several months. Equity partner seems to want to back out of deal at the last minute. Seller willing to carry 50% of purchase price. Other than going back to my list of potential equity partners and pitching the project, any other ideas?

Developers interested in developing multifamily on the site. Correct zoning in place. Construction financing available. The problem is currently in the acquisition. How do I use BP to put in front of potential equity partners.
