Hard Money Appraisals

Hard Money Lenders, have any of you used Appraisal Nation to order appraisals for loans you are originating? Have you had good or bad experiences?

I just received an appraisal back at $50,000 for a property that I saw the "As-Is" value around $120k-$130k, the ARV I believe is at $170k and the borrower has a purchase price of $90k.

What is the best strategy to dispute the appraisal value and get it closer to the $120K?
