Which loan to start first so it doesn’t hinder future loan?
So I’m looking to get three loans:
1. Cash out refi on an investment property
2. Conventional Mortgage loan for property that I will live in (large loan)
3. Conventional loan for investment properties
Is there a sequence that I should follow so that it doesn’t hinder my ability to borrow for investment properties later?
