good APR for first investment property

I reached out to a couple of local loan providers. What is a good APR for a first investment property with the below info?

Some info. Credit score 750+. I am still living with family as I build my property portfolio so I won't be living on site. Looking specifically to finance for a 2-4 units property. Purchase price up to 700k. The property could need rehab but not a lot. I will have a 10-20% down payment.
