Self Employed Land loan

Looking for advice on lenders for a empty piece of land.  10 acres in Florida, good solid property which I will eventually being building on.  I have been self employed for 25 years, I could pay cash for it but prefer not tying up that much cash and would prefer to put say 25-30% down instead.   Property is under contract for $90k.   Thanks for any info or suggestions.
