Mortgages -Refi‘s for medical professionals

How do I fund mortgage brokers or companies that focus on mortgages and refinances for doctors, nurses, and medical professionals? It's for a nurse with a Masters in Nursing, who further educated herself and recently got a Nurse Practitioner degree. She owns a SFH house in Florida, if that matters
