Hard money lenders in ATL metro

Hello Investors,

I was just moderated for soliciting which is the furthest possible thing from what I am doing, so I will try this again.

I am a new investor. I am looking for other investors recommendations for reputable hml's in my area who will work with new investors, and can close w/o messing everything up. I have been researching a lot of hml's in my area and have seen so many mixed reviews, and obvious fake reviews that I really dont know what to believe. I am not going to name any of them, because I think that is why my last post was moderated. I am just looking for info to help me avoid the pitfalls I have read about other investors falling into. I don't know if BP will consider this soliciting, but I guess I will find out when I post this.
