Hello guys! I am a first time home buyer and want to BRRRR and house hack my first property. I live in Silver Spring, MD (part of the DC, Maryland, and Virginia metro area) and have been looking for lenders with the best interest rates and reviews. I will definitely do my due diligence calling up several banks and credit unions but if anyone wants to share his/her preferred bank/credit union/lender, I would appreciate it very much!

@Upen Patel is  a lender in the area.

Be careful when shopping for the "best rates." Cant tell you how many people get bait and switched when they are shopping. They quote you a type of loan you are not eligible, it gets denied in underwriting and they need to switch you to a new loan, and now its too late to shop lenders. Just happened to one of my clients last week.
