Loans on residential zoned property with conditional use permit
I have a client that is interested in purchasing a property in the Columbus, Ohio area that is zoned residential, however, it had a conditional use permit. This property is a former auto shop, however, he has no intention of using it as a commercial space to sell services or products.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a local lender that would lend on a property like this? He previously applied for a traditional home loan and was denied because it does not meet the secondary market requirements.
Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
