Anyone in the Milwaukee, WI area know of a bank or credit union that will do a HELOC on a rental property (not owner-occupied)? I'm having trouble finding one. Thanks!

PenFed requires you to be a member, but you can just sign up (and pay a small fee) for one of the military support clubs and qualify.
