Need a HELOC on investment property in Indianapolis

Hi, I have an investment property in Indianapolis and I'd like to get an Equity LOC against it. However, I'm running into difficulty finding banks that will do HELOC's on investment properties. Does anyone have any tips or referrals? Thanks!
