Hello, Does anyone have any recommendations for investor friend financial institutions in the Milwaukee, WI area? Ideally, I'm looking for one that has less strict DTI requirements. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Josiah

@Josiah Kay talk to @Ham Merritt, he knows outside the box funding. But there are many ways to skin that cat - for example you can partner with someone who has strong income and will be your silent partner.
