Best VA loan lender recommendations?

Anyone recently use a VA home loan that you would recommend (which also has a low interest rate)? I'm looking at Veterans home united but they recently got fined for keeping some money off the difference for some type of transaction between them and their borrower so that definitely lost some credibility. I also do not want to use USAA since they're not so good with home loans...
