When financing investment properties, what are the pros and cons of different loan options i.e. 15 vs 30 year, conventional vs FHA etc.? Which loan option do you use and why?

@Antoinette Munroe some many factors to really answer your questions but usually a mix of FHA and conventional depending on credit, income, type of property, and your purposes for the property
