Getting Seed Capital

Seed Capital is one of the biggest challenges for investors. Having traveled to a number of real estate meetups, it is clear that people struggle with how to find seed capital. Getting seed capital for your first deal or seed capital for your current deal is difficult. It is especially difficult for new real estate investors with little track record to attract seed capital. My goal of starting this forum is to start a dialogue about potential solutions to the seed capital problem. Let's talk about how to get seed capital, where to source seed capital, and what do if you do not have seed capital, but you want to get started.
