Blanket loan on rental properties
I own 4 SFR's and the total value of the 4 is probably about $150,000. I've owned them for almost a year, and bought them cash. We are however wanting to get our cash out and are looking for a refi opportunity. I haven't been able to find a bank that would do this, so am seeking the private sector. Any recommendations or companies you could refer me to that could help get a cash out refi on this type of property? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
