Hello!

I need your help! I have been exposed to your community and I am doing this post on a recommendation from one of your members! I am a 1st time home buyer looking to make my 1st of hopefully many real estate investments. 

1- Could you please provide me your opinion if you feel this Loan Estimate and Closing costs are a great deal?

2- Do I have a good % rate? 

A few facts:

-Lender is Quicken

-My Credit Score per their application is 720

-FHA property

- $360K sale price, $12,600 down.

-FL property

Please see attached Closing Costs. I am trying to limit my cash outlay.
