Hello BP world, Thank you in advance to anyone who comments in this forum for I am in need and will appreciate any tips. I have been investing in real estate 2 years now and I've made quite a leap from where I began to now, with that being said, I'm looking to expand my business by reaching out to possible private money lenders and securing more funds for deals. What's the best way to approach and word my presentation? Where to find PML's? Is it tax deductible if they use a particular funding vehicle or is only tax deferred? I'm looking to have answers to any possible questions I may get asked so again, I greatly appreactiate all help! Thanks again guys and gals!

Try finding a deal you can analysis and present so they see hard numbers, your due diligence, and returns. When you have the right deal I would ask everyone I know "do you know anyone interested in investing? I put together a deal im looking to present to a few interested investors" many will say they don't know anyone but someone will speak up and say why didn't you ask about me? ;)

Also try networking events. Hope this helps.
