So im just about to close on a deal that I was able to make with a hard money lender. The numbers seem right and the lender seems fair and leinent. We have a 2 yr loan agreement amortized over 10 yrs. The capital really isnt hurting our pockets at all. My question is do we pay the loan back early to show our trustworthiness because we would like to utilize this option in the future or do we make the payments on the timeline until the end of the term so he can make his interest? What do you think.
