Need Loan Advise For My First Deal
How does someone qualify for a loan if they have bad credit but plenty of capital? Should they get a FHA loan or is it possible to qualify for a conventional loan?

@Zach Crawford If you're trying to buy an investment property, you won't be able to go FHA. They only do owner-occupied lending. You can go conventional, but you need to have a min score of 620. If your scores aren't that high, I would go hard money for now and get your credit cleaned up.
