Anyone hear of BoA modifying this?
Has anyone heard of Bank of America (was Countrywide) modifying an unassumable loan to assumable?
Or at the very least allowing disconted (or no) closing costs on a refi to allow a good borrower get out of a loan to another credit worthy borrowed?
