Hi all -thanks for your help here

1.  Can I get money from my rental house that is paid for?  Is that a refi?  Im only working p/t, will that be a problem? I'd like to get cash out to reinvest in more property?

2.  Can you recommend to me any banks that are good for lending options? I m working with BofA and it has been a nightmare! 

I'm a rookie investor.  Thank you.
