I recently lost my employment of 14 years and I've decided that this is the time for me to finally follow my passion for real estate full time.  I am a novice.  I have a 401K that I plan on switching to a Solo 401K.  However, I'd also like to tap into the equity in my home.  I owe about $155K and I believe the house is worth roughly $340K.  My goal is to replace my income as soon as possible as well as invest for retirement.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I have not heard of any no income documentation loans for owner occupied properties.
