Hello all!

I have been flipping houses for years with my family and am ready to start my own business, but I have little to no capital. I ran across dohardmoney.com and it all sounds great. They cover closing cost, purchase cost, and rehab up to 70% of ARV. Sounds perfect right? Well now there is a 3000 deposit to put down before they will find a deal. This will be refunded after we seek the house minus the $650 private inspection. I don't want to be fillable and have never used hard money so any insight or input positive or negative would be great! Thanks in advance!

Holly O'Brien I would try to get some references before moving forward. A deposit with a hard being lender raises a lot of red flags.
