Bridge Loan in West Michigan

I am working on buying my first duplex which will be owner-occupied, but I ran into a wall with my financing. I was working on VA, had the approval, but the lender did not have me check my eligibility and I am 18 months short of being eligible for a VA loan.

I am now exploring getting a hard money bridge loan and looking for anyone that would have a program or the funds for a 18-24 Month Bridge loan.
