Hello all and good morning! My ques is I have 6 rental properties free and clear with credit of 720-730. I'm looking to get a loan against these properties. I want to purchase more properties with the money and manage my cash on hand more wisely. Any info will be Greatly appreciated. I've heard that I need to talk to a local bank and let hem know my intentions. Any info would be nice. Will they Loan me money off the houses if they are vacant, but fully rehabbed? What do I need to present to them?
