Houston Lender Reccomendations
I was wanting to know if anyone could reccomend some Investor friendly lenders in the Houston area. Or even lenders I should stay away from. I'm just in the process of gathering ALL my financing options for upcoming deals in the pipeline. My credit is not a problem either.

The best lender choice always depends on what you can show and what you are trying to avoid. "Investor friendly" may mean that you cannot show your income on taxes, your credit score, or time in your business, or time as a landlord.
