Purchasing a duplex in Ft Worth area and shopping around for loan. Any recommendations? We currently have with BofTX but I hope to get better rate elsewhere....

Hi Rina, 

I bought by Duplex with Southwest Bank.  They are headquartered in Fort Worth with about 12 branches in the surrounding county.  Small bank, specializing in real estate.  I give them 5 stars.  Lone stars that is. Go Texas!
