All banks are, as long as you don't need the money;)
Seriously, it depends on what you are looking for. For "traditional" mortgages, virtually all banks (like 97%) will sell their business (loan, servicing) to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac (the GSEs) and basically are in business to get origination fees.
Commercial lenders operate a little differently. Put "portfolio lenders" in the Search box and you should find some topics....
