Stated or No Tax Return Loans? Collateralized only?

I am looking for loans or mortgages on fully owned properties. Credit is good. No other liens on the properties.

Who will provide loans on the properties based off the collateral they hold? 75% LTV is OK... Looking for longer term, low rate loans.
