SFH loans in Phoenix, AZ - need lender contacts
Hi All,
I have 10 or so Singe Family Homes in Phoenix with an average value of $80K per home. I was looking at getting a portfolio loan, but I think I would be better off with traditional home loans, and doing 1-3 homes at a time (that way I'm not pressed to spend all the funds quickly).
Anyone can help with lender contacts that can do traditional financing? I'm looking for around 65% LTV, and have a rental track record for over 3 years.
