Hello fellow investors,

I am working on flipping a house in WA. I have worked with few different HM lenders and haave a good experience with all of them so far. One of my partners in my next flip have suggested a new HM lender (Park Place Finance). they definitely have good rates but I want to check how is the experience of other investors with them?

Do they stick to the rates and terms that they offer while quoting. Do their draw process is easy and quick to fund.

I would like to hear good and bad both about them to make the decision on weather to work with them or just go with my usual lenders.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Regards
