Best Business Lines of Credit

Which banks offer the best/highest lines of credit to new businesses ?   Pls add any special features or terms that your favorite offers. Appreciate all suggestions.

@Art Webb, what kind of business?

Most here are real estate investors and typically those are not viewed as "businesses" because they have no real value as businesses outside the value of the asset(s) owned.

To that end, in most cases even if the properties are owned within an entity, the principles (investors) will need to personally guarantee the debt.

That same idea will typically apply to other types of credit. So, keep that in mind because if your struggle you will personally be on the hook for the debt.

That said, a good place to start for many investors is with Lowes/Home Depot credit cards. If you will be purchasing materials those cards offer some discounts and in addition you can get pro discounted pricing on larger orders as well. That comes in handy when you are doing a rehab as you might save 15-20%.
