How do we feel about home equity agreements. I'm familiar with Home Equity line of Credit and home equity Loans. I was looking up a loan. And the algorithms be algorithming and suggested home equity agreements. My instinct says it's not the best idea, because none of the gurus talk about it Ever. But I wanted to hear the opinions of successful people.

@Greta Andrews

Are you referring to agreements where you get a loan but give up equity ?

There is a reason they are rare - they are extremely one sided and it’s not to your advantage
