Bank Statement loan under 100k Ohio
Does anyone know of any lenders willing to do a bank statement loan under 100k? or any other creative financing. Purchase price 89,500 client has up to 15% down. Also what are the dti requirements? This will be a primary residence. Any other suggestions would be great. She is 1099 her 2023 taxes are great but 2022 has quite few deductions and does not have 5 years of the same 1099 experience. Just trying to save a deal here lol.
