Finding borrowers for PML

I recently received the payoff from a previous loan and am looking to lend that money back out.  Where is the best place to find quality borrowers  if there aren't any great RE meetups in my area?

 Hey Megan,

You might want to contact a mortgage broker. You will have an added layer of protection allowing a broker to originate a loan for you and they have access to many borrowers that need financing.

@Megan H. there doesn't have to be specific groups in your area.  Facebook will have TONS of real estate investor groups (if real estate is where you want to focus your lending efforts).  Just search "Idaho Real Estate Investing" or some combination of that and you will find many groups that have hundreds and thousands of members in them.  That's where I would suggest.

There is local REIN as well as a couple FB groups I use that are local to Boise. Depending on rate I work with investors as well.
